Privacy policy

The short version: this site sets no cookies and uses no trackers or analytics of any kind. The only personal data we process is what you voluntarily send us by email, plus the host's technical logs.

Data we process

Contact emails. When you write to us, we process your email address, your name and the content of your message in order to reply and to follow up on your enquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). These exchanges are kept for the duration of the relationship, and at most three years after the last contact for prospects.

Hosting logs. Our host Vercel Inc. (United States) collects technical logs (IP addresses, request timestamps) needed to secure and operate the service (legal basis: legitimate interest). Transfers outside the EU are covered by the safeguards of Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses / EU–US Data Privacy Framework).

Cookies

No cookie, local storage, pixel or analytics script is used on this site. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to hello@nodalstudio.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority: the AEPD in Spain (aepd.es), the controller's authority, or the CNIL in France (cnil.fr).
